Me personally, I live and work in Switzerland, am a Swedish citizen by birth and nature. Yes, I know that some have a hard time distinguishing between Sweden and Switzerland, so here I am, doing it even harder for you.
I have 30 years of leadership experience, experience of transition between different lines of work and different cultures. I know that there are challenges out there, I have seen my share.
Outside of my worklife, some of my hobbies are scythe mowing and sewing my own clothes on sewing machines that are more than 100 years old. If it sounds crazy, I will probably have to test it for myself.
Another hobby of mine is trailrunning, where I very much enjoy getting lost. Running on new unknown trails knowing that I will probably reach the goal, but where the road between is not set in stone, that is something I enjoy a lot.
My family, with 3 children and my wife is the most important circle of people in my life.
